Put me in that last category... I have been saying all year that I wanted to spend more time focusing on me and what I need. With that in mind, I have decided to look more into what I need in all facets of my life: physically, emotionally and spiritually. I think for me the best way to start this is to be more mindful of all my actions. Yoga is often linked to both a heightened self awareness and mindfulness.
